Subversive digital/real world journeys for kids 7-12 years
Created by leading participative theatre-maker Jessica Wilson, CHILD NATION is a collection of fun digital journeys.
Using a series of conversational digital prompts accessed on phone or tablet, children enter answers and move around their home, school or cultural venue to experience their world and their adults, in new ways.
The journeys bring children aged 7 to 12 years of age into unusual relationship with their own adults, objects and surroundings.
CHILD NATION has been presented so far at Melbourne Knowledge Week, Dream BIG Children’s Festival and in Millersville, PA. More seasons are coming soon.
It’s available in six languages: Arabic, English, Mandarin, Punjabi, Spanish & Vietnamese.
